Peer Outreach
The
Peer Outreach Program (POP) is designed for people with disabilities 12
years and older to become more independent and active in the community
through the use of one-on-one peer support.

- Affirm that it is OK to have a disability.
- Learn valuable life skills.
- Participate in social and recreational activities within the community.
- Learn how to access and advocate for the services and supports needed.
- Become a mentor and be a role model, teacher, and friend to another person struggling with independence.
