Veronica Coleman, The Federal Attorney of West Tennessee announced a settlement in the first 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act case handled by her office. The consent decree was signed by Judge Turner on August 31 and basically states that The Public Eye will become accessible, pay a modest penalty to the United States and pay $5000 to Memphis ADAPT.
