For two long years Betty Anderson and I have struggled with MATA to publish a "Rider's Guide" to inform people about the services they offer, and to educate rider's on how to use the system. But MATA does not seem to increase or educate people about paratransit use.
Like a misbehaving child, MATA resists letting the foxes know how the hen-house functions. So with the help of MATA executive staff, the paratransit consultant Michael Staley, and MATAplus riders, we have written the Rider's Guide. Now the next step is to get it published and distributed to everyone.
